Data Synchronisation

Data synchronisation between devices can happen in two ways.

My Other Apple Device

If you have multiple devices on which you want to access MyInvoice, simply install the app on another device that uses the same iCloud account under a single subscription (up to 5 devices). Synchronisation happens in the background, most commonly when the app is launched or when you switch to it. When the app starts, iCloud synchronisation begins, and KSeF synchronisation waits for iCloud synchronisation to complete — so you may need to wait a moment before data from KSeF is downloaded. This prevents duplicate records from being created when another device has already downloaded data from KSeF and synchronised it with iCloud.

Colleague and MyInvoice User

Other users with a different Apple ID must purchase a separate app subscription. There is currently no option to synchronise data via iCloud — this feature is planned for the future. To synchronise data, use KSeF synchronisation — grant the appropriate permissions to that user in the KSeF portal.

Device with Another Invoicing Application

Thanks to KSeF you can synchronise sales and expense documents between different devices and invoicing applications. Simply synchronise data with KSeF on both invoicing applications. If the user is a colleague, grant the appropriate permissions to that user in the KSeF portal.

KSeF App

You can also install the KSeF app from the Ministry of Finance to access issued sales invoices and received expense invoices. However, I recommend not issuing invoices in that application due to the ease of making errors, e.g. in invoice numbering.
